| 06/13, Problem: porch roof trusses did not line up with porch
foundation. Error result of previous basement dimension error.
Solution: extend the porch foundation 8" on one end - that way the porch
foundation will be extended roof trusses 8" on all sides. |

| 04/27, Basement floor poured, the
wind picked up during the pour, and without water, it got away from them.
So, it will either have to be ripped out and redone, or smoothed. A
week or so later, cracks formed. |

| 04/18, Hit problem, when the lumber yard came out to double
check measurements before ordering the floor trusses, it was discovered
that the basement wall dimensions were not right. The width and the length
were both over by 9". So, we had to have the house plans modified,
and re-order new roof trusses - again. Turns out the error was in
understanding the plans as they were drawn. |

We had Hagar Backhoe run drainage tile across our property. That
should insure we don't have any water in the basement!! |

We used an elevated scraper to create 4' slope for our walkout basement.
We also found a drainage tile on the other side of the property that we
can hook into to clear out water! |
